How to make a Hotel Lobby AI video

Three steps, about three minutes, no editing software. Here is the whole path from two photos to a finished video, plus the checklist to run before you post.

No app to install · Works on phone or desktop · No watermark

Steps

The three steps, in detail

Nothing here needs a second tool or a second tab.

1

Upload two photos

One clear, front-facing photo of each person — one per photo, not one photo of both. They do not need to be taken together, and the two photos can be years apart. Cats work too.

2

Pick duration and quality

Choose 5, 10 or 15 seconds, then a tier: Lite is 480p, Standard is fast 720p, Plus is sharper 720p, Ultra renders 1080p. The credit cost is on the button before you click, and your first 10 credits are free.

3

Download and post

Your video renders in about 3 minutes with the performance audio and no watermark. Download the MP4 and post it to TikTok, Reels or Shorts.

Checklist

Run this before you upload

Almost every disappointing render fails one of these six checks.

Two separate photos — one person in each, not one photo of both
Every face front-facing, eyes to the camera
No sunglasses, no hats pulled low, no heavy beauty filters
Shoulders and torso visible where possible
Group photos cropped down to one person per image
Both people have agreed to appear
Choice

Which duration and tier to pick

The cost difference is real, so it is worth one minute of thought.

A full 15-second Standard video is 60 credits. The same render at 10 seconds is 40 and at 5 seconds is 20 — cost scales linearly with length.

The two-render workflow that saves credits

Render 5 seconds at Lite first (10 credits, free on a new account). That is enough to judge whether the two faces came out right — the framing, the likeness, whether the second person is moving.

If it looks right, re-render the same photos at Standard 15 seconds for the version you post. If it looks wrong, fix the photos and try again at Lite — you will have spent a fraction of what a full render costs.

Publish

How to post it

The file is ready as-is. A few platform notes make it travel further.

TikTok

Upload the MP4 directly. The render already carries the performance audio, so it plays with sound immediately. Adding the official sound in TikTok as well can help it ride the trend's audio page.

Reels and Shorts

Both take the same vertical-friendly file. Post the full 15-second version rather than trimming — the two-verse structure is the joke, and cutting a verse removes half of it.

If it does not land

The most common cause is the photos, not the settings. Swap in a clearer front-facing shot and re-render at Lite before spending credits on a full-length version.
Fix it

If the first render misses

Match the symptom to the fix — re-running without changing anything usually repeats the same result.

What you seeWhat to change
The two people are on the wrong sidesUse the Swap sides button. Photo one is always the performer on the viewer's left.
It does not look enough like themUpload a sharper, front-facing photo. Sunglasses, filters and profile angles are the usual culprits.
One person barely movesThat photo is probably cropped too tight. Use an image that includes the shoulders and torso.
The faces blur togetherYou uploaded one photo containing both people. Crop it into two separate images, one person each.
The render failed or came back emptyNothing to fix — failed renders are refunded automatically. Try again, or use a different photo pair.
The setting is not what you wantedRe-render with a different template. All settings use the same two photos and the same three steps.
FAQ

How-to questions

The practical ones, answered.

1

How long does the whole thing take?

About three minutes of rendering, plus the time it takes to pick two photos. There is no editing step, so the upload-to-post path is short.
2

Do I need to install anything?

No. The generator runs in the browser on any phone or desktop. Upload from your camera roll, wait about three minutes, and download the MP4.
3

Can I make one on my phone?

Yes, and most people do. The layout adapts to a phone screen, and the photos come straight from your camera roll.
4

Can I edit the video after I download it?

You can — it is a normal MP4. But most people post it as-is, because the format works precisely because nothing is added on top.
5

What if I do not like the result?

Run it again with better photos, or with the sides swapped. Each render is a fresh pass, so a second attempt with the same photos often fixes a weak first one. Failed renders are refunded automatically.
6

How many times can I re-render?

As many times as your credits allow. Credits are charged per render, and each render is independent — changing one photo and re-running is the normal way to iterate.
